Auschwitz Survivors and Honey Cakes

Presented in partnership with the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Foundation and in honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day, hear Auschwitz survivor Michael Bornstein and his daughter Debbie Holinstat in conversation with Dr. Maria Zalewska (ABMF), and enjoy a taste of honey cakes from the survivor cookbook, Honey Cakes and Latkes, created by Auschwitz survivor from family recipes. A book signing of Honey Cakes and Latkes, and Michael Bornstein’s autobiography Survivors’ Club will follow the program.
